Contact form

If you use the contact form, I process the data you enter (name, email address, message) in order to handle your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (responding to your enquiry). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for that purpose, and is not passed on to third parties without your consent.

Appointment booking (Calendly)

I use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) for booking introductory calls. If you book an appointment, the data you enter there is processed on Calendly's servers. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For details, see Calendly's privacy policy.

Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (IP address, time of access, page requested, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation of the website).

Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data stored about you, and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. For any data protection questions, you can reach me using the contact details above.

If you believe that the processing of your data breaches data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).

Processing in the context of this website is separate from the records kept during ongoing psychotherapy. Those are governed by the Austrian Psychotherapy Act and by psychotherapeutic confidentiality; I will inform you about them separately at the start of treatment.
